  1. Begin by creating the necessary instructions for each client in WideOrbit. After that, select the clients you wish to add into Radio Workflow using the WideOrbit instruction confirmation report.

  2. Press Run and save the report as an XHTML file

  3. Next, go to the Dashboard on the Radio Workflow platform and navigate to the Projects panel. Under the tab "Wide Orbit Import", you will find the option to upload the XHTML file you have saved.

  4. Once the import is complete, the newly created Production Orders will appear in the Creative Queue within the Production section of the platform.

  5. Review and manage the details of the Production Orders, adding scripts and any other necessary instructions.

  6. If audio is available, upload it into Radio Workflow and then send the Order to Dubbing for final processing.
