Radio Workflow will check each Account against recent activity, if we can't find any activity for the last 90 days, then the client will start to appear in the Neglected tab.
What we classify as no activity
- The client has not had any tasks added on their behalf
- The client has not had any proposals
- The clients last contract has ended
- We can't find an email threads that they participated in
- There has been nothing added to the Activity Log
- They have not participated an any events
If all of the above is true, then the client will appear in the Neglected tab.
