Using the Creative Pad in Radio Workflow

This step-by-step guide will show you how to use the new Creative Pad inside Radio Workflow to generate ad copy, make changes, and save your work.

Accessing the Creative Pad

1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.

2. Hover your cursor over "Creative and Production" in the main left menu.

3. Click on "Creative Pad" from the submenu.

Generating Ad Copy

1. In the Creative Pad, locate the "Quick Prompts" section.
2. Click on the "Ad Copy" prompt.
3. Choose an account for the ad. In this example, we will use "McDonald's."
4. Input the details you want to include in the ad, such as "cheeseburgers," "five dollars," and "on Mondays."
5. Click on "Create Script" at the bottom of the page.
6. Wait for the script to be generated and for the Conversational AI window to open.

Editing the Script

1. In the Conversational AI window, review the generated script.
2. If you want to make changes, type your request in the chatbox. For example, ask the AI to make it shorter or longer and change certain details.
3. Once the AI has made the changes you requested, click on "Use This" to insert the updated script into the Script Area.

Customizing the Script

1. If you want to further edit the script, click on "Fix Creative" and choose from the available options such as making it longer, shorter, fixing grammar, or changing the style.
2. To assign specific voices and lines to the AI voiceover, use the "@" symbol followed by the name of the voice. For example, "@Emma" assigns the content within the script after that tag to that particular voice.

Previewing the Voiceover

1. Click on "Voice Creative" at the top of the page.
2. Select the voice to hear the entire script read by the AI voices.
3. Review the voiceover and decide if you are satisfied or need further changes.
4. If satisfied, click on "Save", If not, click on "Try Again" to get another version of the read.

Saving Your Work

1. To save the script, click on "Save as" ans then choose "Script Idea".
2. Access saved scripts by going back to the main menu and hovering over "Creative and Production."
3. Click on "Script Ideas" to view your saved scripts.
4. To view your dialogue history with the AI, click on "Dialogue History," run a query, and select the desired conversation from the list.
5. To access previously created voiceovers, click on "Voiceover History" and run a query. Use the keyword search for easier navigation.

Downloading the Audio Files

1. If you need to download the audio files for further editing, access the "Voiceover History" as described above.
2. Find the voiceover you want to download and click on it to listen.
3. To download the selected voiceover, click on the "Download" button.
