How to Restore a Contract

The Revisions button in Radio Workflow allows you to view, compare, and restore past versions of a contract. It helps in tracking the history of your contracts and ensuring access to the most up-to-date version. This guide provides a step-by-step process for using the Revisions button.

Accessing the Revisions Button

  1. Navigate to the contract page in Radio Workflow.
  2. Locate the Revisions button, which can be found on the contract page, and click on it.

Viewing Past Versions of a Contract

  1. After clicking on the Revisions button, you will be directed to a new screen displaying every change made to the contract.
  2. Browse through the list of past versions to view the various changes made.

Previewing a Past Version

  1. On the Revisions screen, click on the desired version you would like to preview.
  2. Click on the "Preview" button to open a pop-up window displaying the past version.

Comparing a Past Version to the Current Version

  1. On the Revisions screen, select the past version that you would like to compare to the current version.
  2. Click on the "Compare" button.
  3. A visual comparison of the two versions will open in a new screen, with any changes highlighted in red.

Restoring a Past Version

  1. On the Revisions screen, find the version that you want to restore.
  2. Click on the "Restore" button.
  3. The selected past version will replace the current version and become the active contract.
