Changing Billing Address in Radio Workflow

This step-by-step guide will show you how to change your billing address within Radio Workflow to ensure that your end-of-the-month billing has the correct return address on the invoices.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
  2. Locate and click on the "Settings" option from the main sidebar menu.

Step 2: Access Billing Contact

  1. In the settings menu, find and click on the "Billing Contact" button.

Step 3: Edit Billing Address and Contact Information

  1. You should now see a form with fields for your company name, email, and return address.
  2. Update the address field with the correct billing address. You may also update your company name, email, and any other contact information as needed.
    • Note: If you use a PO Box, ensure to include that information in the address field.
  3. After making the necessary changes, click on the "Save" or "Update" button to save the changes.
