This step-by-step guide will show you how to change your billing address within Radio Workflow to ensure that your end-of-the-month billing has the correct return address on the invoices.
- Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
- Locate and click on the "Settings" option from the main sidebar menu.
- In the settings menu, find and click on the "Billing Contact" button.
- You should now see a form with fields for your company name, email, and return address.
- Update the address field with the correct billing address. You may also update your company name, email, and any other contact information as needed.
