Use Prospector to Find Prospects

Finding and Adding Prospects in Radio Workflow

Step 1: Go to Sales and Marketing

  • Hover over the Sales and Marketing menu item in the main left menu.

Step 2: Start searching for potential prospects using Prospector

  • Click on the "Prospector" feature in the Sales and Marketing submenu.
  • This will help you search for potential prospects based on location and business type.

Step 3: Enter the desired location

  • In the Prospector search bar, type in the desired location (e.g., New York City) where you want to find potential prospects.
  • Type in the desired type of business that you would like to find (e.g., hotels) in the search bar.
  • Press "Enter" or click the search icon to execute the search.

Step 4: Save potential prospects to your database

  • Prospector will generate a map with potential prospects in the specified area.
  • Click on "Save to Prospects" to add the found businesses to your database.

Assign tags to prospects

  • While saving the prospects, assign tags to them for easy filtering in the future (e.g., Hotels).

Find potential contacts for targeted businesses

  • Go to the "Discovery" section in Radio Workflow.
  • Type in the desired business name.
  • Check if there are any contacts associated with that business.

Add contacts to the database

  • If you find a contact associated with the business, click on the "Add" button.
  • Then, click on "Create" to save the contact to your database.
