Send Invoices via

In order to send Invoices to Agencies using our integration, you must first setup the Agencies with the appropriate settings. Once you do this, you will be able to send invoices for the Account to using Invoice Detail.

  1. When adding or editing an Account, click on the Billing tab

  2. Ensure you select as a Billing Tag, and enter an EDI # for the Agency

  1. Go to Invoice Detail under Billing & Receivables in the main left menu.

  2. Set the Filter option EDI to 'Include only EDI related'.

  3. Click on Run Report.

  1. Select the Invoice you wish to Send.

  2. Click on Send EDI.

  1. Inside the portal, check for any warnings or errors.
