Making Good on a Bumped Spot in Radio Workflow

This guide provides a detailed, step-by-step process on how to make good on a bumped spot within Radio Workflow. Follow the instructions below to complete this action.

Locate the Bump File Menu Item

1. Under Traffic and Administration in the left menu, click Bump File.

Run the Bumped Spots Report

1. Select the desired date range for the report and any other filters you wish to apply.
2. Click the "Run Report" button to generate a list of all the spots that were bumped in the selected date range.

Select the Bumped Spot for Make Good

1. Browse through the list of bumped spots and identify the specific spot you wish to make good on.
2. Click on the spot to highlight it.
3. Click the "Make Good" button to proceed with the make-good process.

Enter Make Good Details

1. In the Make Good window, enter the new log date for the bumped spot.
2. Enter the number of additional spots to be added as part of the make-good agreement (if any).
3. Input a rate for those additional spots or leave it as zero if no rate is applicable.
4. Click the "Create" button to add the make good to Radio Workflow.

Build Logs and Verify Make Good

1. Build the logs for your station as you normally would.
2. Check the log to ensure that the make-good spot has been automatically added.
