How to Set Up Spot Types, Avail Types, and Dayparts in Radio Workflow

I. Setting Up Spot Types

1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab, located in the left navigation bar.
3. Within the Settings tab under Logs, Proposals & Contracts, click on Spot Types.
4. To create a new Spot Type, click on the Add button and enter a name for the Spot Type (e.g., "Regular Spot" or "Weather Sponsor").
5. Click on Save to add the new Spot Type to your system.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each additional Spot Type you wish to create.

II. Setting Up Avail Types

1. Navigate to the Settings tab, located in the left navigation bar.

2. Within the Settings tab under Logs, Proposals & Contracts, click on Avail Types.

3. To create a new Avail Type, click on the Add button.

   • Enter a name for the Avail Type (e.g., "Regular Avail" or "Weather Sponsor").
   • In the Spot Types field, select which Spot Types can be included in this Avail Type.
   • In the Revenue Types field, specify the revenue types that will be accepted for this Avail Type.

4. Click on Save to add the new Avail Type to your system.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each additional Avail Type you wish to create.

III. Setting Up Dayparts

1. Navigate to the Settings tab, located in the left navigation bar.

2. Within the Settings tab under Logs, Proposals & Contracts, click on Dayparts.

3. To create a new Daypart, click on the Add Daypart button.

   • Enter a name for the Daypart (e.g., "Morning Drive Time" or "Afternoon Drive Time").
   • Specify the start and end times for the Daypart, using a 24-hour clock format (e.g., "06:00" for 6:00 AM).

4. Click on Save to add the new Daypart to your system.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each additional Daypart you wish to create.
