How do I sync my Calendar?

To sync your Calendar, log into Radio Workflow and click the Calendar option in the main sidebar. Once your Calendar is opened, click the Add Account button at the top of the Calendar.

Is there any way we can bulk import our client data, which currently sits on an excel sheet?

Absolutely, just select the import option from inside the Accounts area. We will then guide you through the rest of the process.

I created the same Company twice, how can I fix this?

We have a merge feature built into your workflow. Open the Company and then click on the big Merge button at the top of the page.

How do I delete a client?

We do not have a delete option for a Company. You can however archive it, which removes them from the general views but still keeps the Company data in tact. If you create the same Company multiple times you can merge them together.

We need our client types to be Key, Target, Secondary, Extra and Contra, can I change this?

You sure can, you can change the client types in the Customise menu if you have access. If you don’t have access, ask the person who set up your account for help.

I would like to create some of my own industries for Companies, is there a way I can do this?

You sure can, you can add, edit and delete industries in the Customise menu under Categories if you have access. If you don’t have access, ask the person who set up your account for help.

Can you clarify the difference between a lead and a prospect?

A Lead is a Contact that doesn’t have an Account assigned it, whereas a prospect is an Account that doesn’t have a Rep assigned to it..

How do I edit activities if I make a mistake?

To edit the Activity, just go into the Calendar on the left side menu, find the Activity, click on it and then click the edit button that appears.
