How to Add a Secondary Contact in Radio Workflow

This guide provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to add a secondary contact in Radio Workflow. Adding secondary contacts to your accounts ensures optimal communication and streamlined management of customer accounts.

Step 1: Locate the Plus Sign

  1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
  2. Navigate to the top-right side of the screen.
  3. Locate the Plus Sign icon.

Step 2: Select 'Contact'

  1. Click on the Plus Sign icon.
  2. In the dropdown menu, select "Contact" from the available options.

Step 3: Fill Out the Contact Information
