How to Add a Secondary Contact in Radio Workflow
This guide provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to add a secondary contact in Radio Workflow. Adding secondary contacts to your accounts ensures optimal communication and streamlined management of customer accounts.
Step 1: Locate the Plus Sign
- Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
- Navigate to the top-right side of the screen.
- Locate the Plus Sign icon.
Step 2: Select 'Contact'
- Click on the Plus Sign icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select "Contact" from the available options.
Step 3: Fill Out the Contact Information
- Provide the necessary contact information for the secondary contact, including:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Type of contact (e.g., Sales, Billing etc)
Step 4: Click 'Create'
- Review the contact information to ensure accuracy.
- Once all the required information has been filled out, click on the "Create" button to add the secondary contact to the account.
