How To Add a New User In Radio Workflow

This guide provides a detailed, step-by-step process on how to add a new user in Radio Workflow.

Prerequisite: You need to have 'Super User' access to complete this task.

Step 1: Navigate To Settings

1.1 Log into your Radio Workflow account.

1.2 From the main left menu, locate and click on "Settings." (The wrench icon)

Step 2: Access 'Users, Markets And Stations' Section

2.1 Ensure you are in the 'Users, Markets and Stations' section. This should automatically open when you access 'Settings.'

Step 3: Go To 'Colleagues' Section

3.1 Navigate and click on the 'Colleagues' sub-section.

Step 4: Add A New User

4.1 Click on the 'Add +' button.

4.2 Fill in the details of the new user:

  • Enter the name of the new user.
  • Specify their position.
  • Add their email address.
  • Choose the market they will be working in.

4.3 If the new user will also work in a secondary market, select and add that as well.

4.4 Assign roles to the new user.

4.5 Click 'Create' to finalize the process.

4.6 The new user will be sent an activation email, they will need to click on the link provided in the email to set a password and access their new account.
