Scheduling Proof of Performance Reports in Radio Workflow
Proof of Performance (POP) reports are essential for radio stations to understand their advertising schedules, and verify their adherence to planned slots. These reports are typically sent to clients, providing them with information about the run times of their advertisements. This document explains how to schedule POP reports using Radio Workflow.
Step-by-Step Guide

Access the Proof of Performance Section
- Navigate to the Sales and Marketing section on the main menu
- Select Proof of Performance. Existing POP schedules, if any, can be found here.

Schedule a New POP
- Click on the "Schedule POP" button to create a new schedule.

Choose Report Frequency
- Select the frequency of the report (daily, weekly, or every weekday)
- For weekly reports, specify the day of the week they should be sent.

Select Report Type
- Choose between "post log" and "pre-log" reports
- Post log reports contain run times from the previous week
- Pre-log reports try to predict what will happen in the following week.

Select Contract (or Account)
- Choose the contract for which you want to schedule the POP report OR
- You can choose the account to which the report will be sent.

Customize Columns
- Select the columns to include in the report, such as call sign, station, date, time, and spot title
- Drag and drop the desired columns and deselect any unwanted ones
- Click the "Create" button to finalize the POP schedule.

View and Edit the Schedule
- Run the query again to view the schedule, which will display the frequency, type (post log or pre-log), and contract name
- To edit the schedule, click on it and select "Edit Schedule"
- Update the frequency, type, contract, or columns as needed.

Sending POP Reports
- Reports are sent to contacts linked to an account with the type "email times"
- They are available in multiple formats, such as CSV (easily importable) and PDF (easier to read)
