Change an Accounts Name

Guide to Change an Account Name in Radio Workflow

This step-by-step guide provides instructions on changing your account's name within Radio Workflow.

Accessing Accounts

  1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
  2. Locate the "Accounts" tab in the main navigation menu.
  3. Click on "Accounts" to access the list of accounts associated with your Radio Workflow profile.

Selecting the Account to Edit

  1. Browse through the list of accounts displayed.
  2. Click on the account whose name you would like to change.

Editing the Account Name

  1. Once you have selected the desired account, locate the "Edit" button on the account's information page.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button to access the account's editable details.

Updating the Account Information

  1. Find the "Account Name" field within the editable details.
  2. Delete the existing account name.
  3. Enter the new account name that you would like to use.
  4. (Optional) Update any other account information that has changed, such as contact details or billing information.

Saving Changes to the Account

  1. After updating the account name and any other necessary details, locate the "Save" button on the account's edit page.
  2. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes made to the account.

Your account name has now been successfully updated within Radio Workflow.
