Change an Accounts Name
Guide to Change an Account Name in Radio Workflow
This step-by-step guide provides instructions on changing your account's name within Radio Workflow.
Accessing Accounts
- Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
- Locate the "Accounts" tab in the main navigation menu.
- Click on "Accounts" to access the list of accounts associated with your Radio Workflow profile.
Selecting the Account to Edit
- Browse through the list of accounts displayed.
- Click on the account whose name you would like to change.
Editing the Account Name
- Once you have selected the desired account, locate the "Edit" button on the account's information page.
- Click on the "Edit" button to access the account's editable details.
Updating the Account Information
- Find the "Account Name" field within the editable details.
- Delete the existing account name.
- Enter the new account name that you would like to use.
- (Optional) Update any other account information that has changed, such as contact details or billing information.
Saving Changes to the Account
- After updating the account name and any other necessary details, locate the "Save" button on the account's edit page.
- Click on the "Save" button to save the changes made to the account.
Your account name has now been successfully updated within Radio Workflow.
