How to view Sponsorship Reports in Radio Workflow

Accessing Sponsorship Reports

  1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
  2. Click on the "Traffic and Administration" tab located in the top navigation bar.
  3. Click on "Sponsorships."

Filtering Sponsorships by Station

  1. To view sponsorships for a specific station, find the "Station" dropdown menu located above the table.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired station.
  3. The table will update to display only the sponsorships running on the selected station.

Filtering Sponsorships by Spot Type

  1. To view sponsorships of a specific spot type, locate the "Spot Type" dropdown menu above the table.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired spot type, such as "Weather."
  3. The table will update to display only the sponsorships with the selected spot type.

Selecting a Date Range

  1. To view sponsorships within a specific date range, find the "Date Range" fields located above the table.
  2. Click on the "Start Date" field and choose your desired start date from the calendar picker.
  3. Click on the "End Date" field and choose your desired end date from the calendar picker.
  4. The table will update to display sponsorships running within the selected date range.

Filtering Sponsorships by Account

  1. To view sponsorships for a specific account, locate the "Account" field.
  2. Type the name of the account you want to filter by, such as "Crest Savings Bank."
  3. The table will update to display only the sponsorships related to the entered account.

Running the Sponsorship Report

  1. After applying the desired filters, click the "Run Query" button located above the table.
  2. The report will be generated quickly and display all relevant sponsorships based on your selected filters.

Viewing Sponsorships

Once you have selected any filters for your query in the left filter section, then choose Run Query, you will see a table containing information about all the sponsorships currently running on the air. The table displays the following columns: spot type, client, station, amount, and contract.
