User Login and Password Reset Guide

This guide will show you how to access Radio Workflow and log in to the platform using a web browser or the iOS and Android apps.


Accessing Radio Workflow via Web Browser

Follow these steps to access Radio Workflow through your preferred web browser:

  1. Open your preferred web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Edge.
  2. Enter www.radioworkflow.com into the address bar and hit Enter.
  3. Click on the Login link located in the upper right corner of the webpage.
  4. Enter your Email and Password in the designated fields.
    • Note: Your password is case-sensitive.
  5. Click the Sign in button.

After you sign in:

  • Workspace Selection: If your email is associated with multiple accounts, you will be prompted to select which workspace you wish to log into.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If 2FA is enabled for your account, you will be asked to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email address or phone to complete the login.

Once authenticated, you will be directed to your Radio Workflow Dashboard.

Accessing Radio Workflow via Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

Follow these steps to access Radio Workflow on your mobile device:

  1. Visit the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  2. Search for the "Radio Workflow" app.
  3. Download and install the app on your device.
  4. Open the Radio Workflow app and enter your Email and Password.
  5. Tap the Login button to access your Radio Workflow Dashboard.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can use our secure reset process. We will never email you a temporary password.

  1. Navigate to the login page.
  2. Click the "Lost your password?" link below the login form.
  3. Enter your registered email address in the field provided and click the "Reset my password" button.
  4. You will see a confirmation message on the screen. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject "Your Password Reset Request."
    • If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Open the email and click the secure reset link provided. This link is time-sensitive and can only be used once.
  6. You will be taken to a new page where you can set a new password. Enter your desired new password and confirm it.
  7. Click "Set New Password."
  8. Once your password has been successfully reset, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new credentials.
